In 1997 students chose the Gray Wolf as their school mascot. Our School is recognized by the Wolf Education and Research Center as an official protector of the Gray Wolf. Wolves are social animals. To survive they must work together in a pack. Students at Westerly are encouraged to work together to be successful.
Our school slogan is P.A.W.S., which stands for Pride At Westerly School.Our teaching staff takes great pride in offering a challenging and fun curricular program which engages every child. The staff are caring and committed to the best interests of each child.A warm and welcoming office staff provide TLC for every child’s needs and outstanding communication with parents and staff.
