Richard earned his Master of Arts and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Case Western Reserve, and he completed post-graduate studies at the University of Toledo. He has completed a pre-doctoral fellowship.
He was named New Hampshire's Outstanding Graduate Student by the New Hampshire Psychological Organization.
Richard has also completed psychological assessments through several Veteran's Administration Hospitals. He has teaching experience within a college setting, lecturing in Abnormal Psychology.
He has also completed the Pupil Service Administration Licensure through Cleveland State University, and he has extensive graduate coursework completed in Organization Development through Kent State University.
Richard has served as a school psychologist since 1992, working for the Bay Village Schools since 1995.
