Link all your children to one parent account

Parents who have more than one child enrolled in the Bay Village City School District may want to link them all to one parent account. While logged in as the parent, select "Link My Accounts" under the My Account heading.

It will ask for the Login Name(s) and Password(s) of your other child(ren). Again, this information is available on the student ProgressBook letter addressed to your child. (Of course, if your student has already changed his or her log in name and password, you will need to get the new ones.)
 
Once you’ve typed this information in, click on the LINK button. Repeat for all for which you have log in information (generally only students in grades 5-12 may have received the log ins). When finished, you may have to refresh the screen to see which of your children have been linked.

Important: Keep all your letters and account numbers. Because each parent account number is associated with the one student (the student whose information is in the same letter), teachers will only be able to see that the parent of that particular student account logged in even if you visit linked student accounts after log in. Because some teachers are giving extra credit or requiring students and parents to log in, you may want to log in using the parent account directly associated with that particular student.
