What you should know about ProgressBook Usernames and Passwords:

• Parents and students were mailed NEW Usernames and Passwords at the start of the 2009-10 school year.
• Noncustodial parents were mailed their own unique Usernames and Passwords.
• The ProgressBook software generated the initial log in information in a high security, complex alphanumeric format. These log ins are CASE SENSITIVE.
• Typical log in mistakes for logging in the first time include:

- Mistaking the letter "l" for the number "1" especially if the last letter of the name is         a letter "l" that was dropped from the log in      - Logging in with the student username and password instead of the parent log in, and        then attempting to link the family's student accounts      - Trying to use a password from the previous year

• Once you log in for the first time, you will be asked to change the username and password and supply an email.
• In the future, if you forget your log in information, you can ask the system to email it to you at the email you have put into your ProgressBook account.

If you did not receive, or have lost, your initial log in information, contact your school office.
