The Glenview staff is committed to creating a safe, happy and developmentally appropriate environment for each child in our care. In addition, the staff values each child as a unique individual and provides a place in which self-concept and self-confidence can grow. We believe a successful Glenview experience also depends on communication and cooperation between home and the Center.

This handbook is only one piece of that communication link, but it provides important information that we hope will make your child's time with us the very best it can be. If you have questions or concerns that are not answered in these pages, please feel free to call the Center at 617-7330.

Glenview Center is a non-profit day care program operated by the Bay Village Board of Education. The Center is licensed to operate by the State Department of Education and admits children of any race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

All State licensing rules and laws, the Center's licensing record, and Board of Education approved policies, are available for review upon request. The Center's license is displayed on the bulletin board in the office. Any suspected violation of licensing or policies can be reported to either the Department of Education at (330) 466-0224 or the Bay Village Board of Education at 617-7300.
