Harmony Benefit Open Enrollment

All employees, whether on the district insurance plan or not, must complete an on-line enrollment sometime from April 20, 2020 through May 19, 2020.  After May 19, 2020, no employee can add, remove or make any changes unless a qualifying event occurs. These changes will need to be done through the Treasurer’s Office.

Your login will be either your Social Security Number or your Employee ID.  Your Employee ID can be found on the Employee Profile of HRKiosk. Your PIN is the last four digits of your SSN
PLUS the last two digits of your birth year (no spaces in between).
Online Enrollment Instructions
Employees are not required to meet with a benefits counselor but must complete the on-line enrollment. If an employee would like speak with a benefit counselor, they will be available by phone May 4, 2020 through May 8, 2020 at 888-808-3008 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
