Report Bullying/Threat
Report Bullying (or any worrisome safety issue):

Bullying, threats, etc. are serious issues, and we want you to report it to your teachers, counselors and school principals. These school employees are trained to appropriately handle, report and counsel all those students involved in bullying incidents.

CALL 911 if the situation is an EMERGENCY. The following forms send an email and are not intended for emergency use.

Report Anonymously: You may anonymously report a bullying or what you feel is a potentially threatening situation (non-emergency) to administrators for the district and the respective schools using these forms:

Report to Bay High School

Report to Bay Middle School

Report to Westerly Elementary

Report to Normandy Elementary

OUR DEFINITION OF BULLYING:

"Harassment, Intimidation, or Bullying" means any intentional written, verbal, graphic, or physical act that a student or group of students exhibited toward another particular student more than once and the behavior both:

a) causes mental or physical harm to the other student; and

b) is sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive that it creates an intimidating, threatening, or abusive educational environment for the other student.
